According to Schneider, even if the camera will give you the extra rise on the front standard, you only have enough image circle for 8-9mm rise or shift on 4x5", presuming no other movements are used.
I'm not sure if you have enough leeway for indirect rise, but it's worth a try. Tilt the front standard forward; tilt the rear standard so it's parallel to the front standard, and tilt the camera up on the tripod mount so the two standards are plumb with respect to the ground, and if there are no physical obstacles and if infinity focus is still possible, you can get a few mm extra rise that way.
