Linhof lensboard for Aero Ektar?

Hello Folks, I recently purchased an Aero Ektar lens for my Linhof Technika. It came with a lensboard. I removed the lensboard and tried to insert it into my Technika. It didn't fit. The lensboard is too thick for the tabs at the bottom of the standard. So now I need a lensboard. I measured the diameter of the hole, and it appears to be 79mm. Anybody know where I can find such a lensboard? The Copal 3 is a mere 65mm. A few years ago, some folks in China cut a custom lens for me so I could use an American lens. I remember contacting somebody (may or may not have been the same somebody), and they said they didn't do custom lens board any more.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need a standard lens board, then get the hole enlarged.

I’ve had custom lens board work performed by SK Grimes.

I bought a sinar lensboard for my aero ektar from this guy and I was very pleased. I see he also makes a linhof version. He's very knowledgeable and competent.

There is a Chinese ebay seller "mytongguy" who can cut custom holes if you buy their Linhof-size lens boards. I did it recently (November 2023): the communication, price and speed are satisfactory.

I think I used these folks before, and they were OK. But this particular board screws into one of the lens components. MARTIE above links to the right board.
