lightroom; from 2.7 to 5.0

Hi, I'm going to upgrade my Lightroom from 2.7 to 5.0. The 5.0 version is on my new computer; how to go along ? Tips/advise/do's and don'ts : please keep it simple; I'm just above 'stupid' digital wise

Make a backup of your catalog. Install the new version. It should find things and work fine.

Adobe has videos that highlight features in 5.0, watch as many as you can lots of helpful tips..
