I can never manage to get the piazadora sensitizer to stay in my darkroom. Besides, I've heard it doesn't age well...

Would you mind sending some of the friggen cold down south a bit...we would not mind ... besides by the time it gets down to Texas, it might just knock the temp down to ... oh maybe 90 something.
