Light Kozo paper - tips for coating/processing?

I have a stash of the Light Kozo paper that I'd like to try and print on - when it works, it's beautiful, but it's so challenging to coat and process. Anyone here have experience with working with it and have any recommendations as to techniques for using it? Many thanks!
