I saw two interesting presentations :
First one was from Moscow State University and its about light amplification technology for fiber optic cables.
Light comes from the cable , goes inside of a drill hole of a special glass and light amplified.
Second invention build on this and celebrated as the biggest 10 inventions of the year. Well Gringos stealed from Russkis
Second invention is to make a slit from a material contains many layers of aluminum and other metal layers and light contact with this layers and been left handed.
What I would like to have is to own a glass from Leica or Zeiss and drill a hole to it and use as a pinhole or slit camera lens for amplified colors !
If there is a scientist here , stand up and speak to our community.
