Lid of Koni-Omega back

Bought another Koni-Omega for the fact that this came with a 220 AND 120 back. (Talk about GAS.) In fact it is only half a back, this being the 100 model, but that is enough, I will pair it with the piece going into the camera from a 220 back so it fits my K-O 200.

It arrived, everything fine (except the finder is hazy as hell ...) but the 120 back has a plastic lid. That is fine as it protects it but her comes my problem: I do not know how to remove it.
Tried to jus pull it, thinking it is just clipped. But no success and I dont want to break it.
What is the correct procedure to remove it?

Insert the dark slide on it, I think that’s the way.

I believe this is correct as well.

There is nowhere to insert a dark slide as this is only the part intended for the K-O 100, the one that permits no midroll change.

If I’m understanding correctly…
The dust cover is removed from the magazine using the same lock that attaches the magazine to the camera.
The little lift up lever on the magazine that has L and O markings needs to be turned to O and the dust cover will unlock from the film magazine.

Ok, this part has the pocket to store the dark slide. Tried with that, no luck.
Than, and I am ashamed I did not do it sooner, I thought: Maybe it attaches to that plastic cover just like it does to the back of the camera. And that was the solution. Just twisted the Lock/Open key and could easily remove the plastic protector. I am glad I did not forced it, it would have damaged not only the cover, but possibly the entire locking mechanism.

Thank you mwdake, I found it out myself in the meantime, but it works just like you described it.
