FWIW, I can't imagine any real professional using a Oly E550.

I can't imagine any real professional not knowing that LF cameras don't have meters.

I agree with the other posters here--It is a terrific image----I wish I could have such expressions on my sitters faces----VERY WELL DONE!!!
An Oly P&S for their "PRO" photographers equip----good gosh!! That's down right embarrassing ! Heck!! He/She coulda used about a dozen disposable 35 mm cameras and just sent the whole shabang to Walmart and got Double Prints !

A lot of us old timers used the Speed to shoot weddings in the 50s. It's a fast camera, and you can easily carry 24 shots in your camera bag. True, it's not unobtrusive, not as fast as a 35 SLR, and gives you far fewer shots than a 8GB digital card, but it worked well then and I'm not surprised that it works well now.

I'm very fond of my Speed. It's an extremely versatile camera, and it never ceases to amaze me. I've had it only for about a year, and I haven't shot with it as much as I'd like to (it is bulky, after all, at least compared to a Leica ).
This was the first time I've actually used it "on location". I must say I'm glad I did

BTW, it looks like I've started a kind of "LF rennaissance" areound these parts - mainly due to my Speed Graphic. Another amateur photographer, a friend of mine, quickly bought one for himself on ebay, after having had mine on loan for about a week  I also got him a Unicolor roller base and drum on another forum, so that he can develop his negs at home.

We have to keep the LF tradition alive
