LF Architectural Shot - Does Anyone Recognize Signature?

I was digging down the the bottom of one of the stacks that have overtaken the entire house and I came across a striking California architectural image. It has just a wonderful mid-century feel to it. I have never been able to determine the name of the artist because the signature is so freely drawn, but it occurred to me that maybe an APUGer would recognize the name. Does anyone have any idea whose signature this might be? thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not up on architectural photographers, but I found this on Wikipedia that might be a place for you to start. Some of these photographers were back too far and a few seem to be still practicing and are not old enough. However, some appear to be in the right time. When I saw the photo, I thought it might have been done in the 50's or 60's from the architectural style of the building.

I initially thought it might be Julius Schullman, but I can't really make that signature match Shullman's name.

Well, the signature looks like "David" to me, but that doesn't help much even if true...
