Let me introduce myself

I am an amateur photographer and have had an interest in photoghrapy since my childhood. In 1982 I purchased a Pentax K-1000 and took a darkroom course while I was in the Army. Since that time I have taken courses at a community college and studied through books and magazines. My investment in photographic equipment includes 35mm, medium and large format cameras, lenses, enlargers and associated materials. Needless to say, my exposure to photography was via chemical based processes. I am somewhat stubborn and insist upon using the equipment and materials with which I started my photographic sojourn. Additionally, I am still learning the craft and art involved in black and white printing. It is with great pleasure that I have found APUG and hpoe that I may be of service.
