A bit out of leftfield there chip j! Why a Contax G system? I doubt I'd ever find a picture of David Bowie or George Harrison holding one.
The best I could find was Richard Gere.

I tend to have a little different viewpoint on this. I've heard so many people over the years say, "Oh I wish I still ha such and such... I should never have sold it," that I think you should consider this.

If you think that 10 years down the road, more or less, that you might have regrets about selling one, then I'd say don't do it. Unless, of course, you need the money. Or if you think that the bottom may drop out of the market.

Personally I would sell two. Sacrilege possibly, but I don't see the point in having three cameras that are largely the same if you a user and not a collector. I would sell the 2.8C first as that is the least practical and then decide whether need 1/2 stop extra lens speed or a bit more money in your pocket. If you don't need the money for something else I would re-invest the money in something equally collectable but more useful in different circumstances like a Leica or a field camera.

Everyone is wrong.
You need to sell two Rolleis and get a Linhof Super Technica 2x3. You can use rollfilm backs, all sorts of lenses, neat accessories, etc. etc..
Plus, Linhof has a crest!

I’d love a Hasselblad Arcbody for architecture shots with rise but too expensive and everyone always suggests get a Linhof etc. but I’m clueless on these types of cameras/lenses and would only want 6x6 or maybe 6x7 shots. Anything bigger is a definite no.

The Rolleis are something i know i love, I’m very loathe to get lost on a GAS journey in LF to enable a little rise with buildings. For now i just imagine what the top bits looked like.

I’d also love more Liz Taylor shots, any of her with a rollfilm back camera, that /could/ clinch it.

For now i took the ‘10 year’ advice above onboard and keep the Rolleis, I appreciate everyone’s input.

As much as I like the idea of owning and using a Hasselblad Arcbody, I could never justify the expense because I would just never get enough use.

Yes, it's a real shame the V system never quite delivered on a simple means of providing basic movements.

I'm not sure I'd really use an Arcbody either even if I did have one. It's more in the if I had it all category.

I'll manage without, if it really gnawed at me, a Mamiya 645 would do.

I voted for the 2.8F as the 3.5F would be my keeper, and I think the Xenotar may have a special lok and feel worth the hassel of an extra camera.

If I was in your situation (lucky me ;-) ) I'd keep the 3.5

Hasselblad had the Flexbody and Arcbody, Fuji had the GX680III, Nikon and Canon had perspective control lenses - I was tempted, but ultimately realized that when I was faced with a photographic situation that required perspective control movements, there is no substitute for a camera and lens system that had the necessary image circle and range of movements. In most cases that means a large format rail, field, or technical camera.

I've always been interested in photographing cities; Feininger was the first photographer I admired. I like to make photos of old buildings, especially tall ones, that I'm afraid will be taken down. For this I now have a Sinar F - bought for a fraction of its original price.

They must have been desperate to fill up the page there are three of the same photograph with Liz Taylor, two of Liz Taylor on the sofa, two of the same of Marilyn Monroe, two of the same of James Dean, Robin Williams either did not know how to use the camera or was clowning around, two of the same selfies of Paul McCartney, two of the same shot of Gary Cooper, two of Morrissey with the Vespa, two of the same selfies of George Harrison, two of Gordon Parks, two of Richard Avedon with Sophia Loren in the background, ...

It they had done the same thing with Hasselblads, they would not have had to pad the page will duplicates they way they had to with Rolleiflex. Jus' sayin'

Now this is an interesting quote attributed all over the WWW to Socrates it would if course be actually an English translation of Plato's writings of Socrates' teachings but there is no such translation that includes the phrase or indeed anything similar, it seems to derive from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989)
