I am selling a Leotax D IV rangefinder body. The camera is in good cosmetic condition for its age. There appear to be no missing parts. The rangefinder appears aligned and the patch is acceptably bright for a vintage rangefinder of this type. The finders are basically clear. The shutter hangs at most speeds. The shutter curtains look questionable with some dry areas, and I recommend replacing them if the camera is to be used. All these problems are easily remedied with a CLA.
This is a very uncommon camera with production estimated to be 2500-3000. The serial number is 12499 and it was made about 1950 (see Leica Copies by HPR).
Price: $325 plus insured shipping. Payment by check or money order is preferred. I ship to most countries.
