So, what is swirl in optical terms? Astigmatism? Coma?

I've found the Voigtländer Nokton Classic 35mm f/1.4 for Leica M-mount has pretty good swirl going on at wide aperture.
It gives me the grooves.

Thanks for the warning: that's the last thing I want in a lens.
