Christmas is over, and I need to re-capitalize the Model A project. I have several lenses I've harvested from the Lens Bunker for that purpose.
First is this Dallmeyer 5D Petzval. 19 1/2" f6.
This famously covers 11X14 and more if moved in closer to the subject. The other thing that makes these VERY desirable and sought after is that the f6 aperture keeps it small enough to take in the field. This will fit a 5 1/4" Wisner lens board barely.
This particular one I believe was made to satisfy some demand of the War effort. I don't know what or which but these with the long threaded area and the flange that you can tighten positively against the threads so that a realized focus will not rattle loose turn up now and then.
Our friend GoKEvin has a couple of these he's been trying to get $2,000 for. I'll price this one at $1320.00 Glass condition is superb.
