The Lensbaby Macro Close-Up Kit consists of one +4 and one +10 macro lens, seven waterhouse f/stops and a magnetic mounting stick.. The f/stops can be mounted to the 37mm threads in front of any of the Lensbaby SLR lenses (except 3G PL mount), allowing photographers to focus in on minute details with eye popping Lensbaby effects.
Lensbaby lenses usually bring one area of a photo into sharp focus. Photographers can fluidly move the sharp area around the photo by bending the flexible lens tubing. By mounting the +4 or +10 macro lenses (or both at the same time) to the front of the Lensbaby, photographers can now use the selective focus effect at very close range.
A Lensbaby without a macro lens has a minimum focus range of about 12 to 16". With the +4 lens attached the focus range is from 6" to 13". With the +10 macro lens attached, the focus range is from 3.5" to 5". With the +4 and the +10 stacked on each other and mounted to the front of a Lensbaby, focus range is 2" to 3".
The box has been opened, but the kit is new.
