Why would you want to do that?
You would probably be better off adapting the Schneider Xenon 50mm f/1.9 of the later Reflex S, III and IV since it is a discrete lens unit and fully interchangeable rather than the one in the original Retina Reflex, which is buried inside of a compur shutter.

NO, these adapters will not help him. He has the Retina Reflex. This model uses a convertible lens, meaning the front unit can be interchanged. The Fotodiox adapters are for the Retina models with DKL mount lenses.
Ah, I was thinking of the Kodak Retina Reflex S with the newer lens system.
Is that what this bloke at Flickr has done? He seems to have mounted the lens in a helical-focusing component. If you click through to flickr and click on 'back to album' at the top left, there's another view of it in the album.
The Retina Reflex III and IV, as well as the Instamatic take full interchangeable lenses, and these can be adapted.
The lens on that Sony camera in the photo above is a "C" type convertible lens, not the DKL mount type. He must have transplanted the whole lens including front and rear sections.

For me, adapting the lens is taking existing lens with it's native mount and using to appropriate adapter (bought or custom made) mount it to the camera.
Transplanting is taking off lens from its original mount or the camera and "craft" it to new mount or the camera. For example, taking Pentacon 6 lens, taking original bayonet off and installing new custom hasselblad mount.
This Retina Reflex is unfortunately dead and nobody in the world is willing at this moment to take it for full CLA.
I really like it's lens and I have it on Retina IIIc &C. For this lens I also have 35 and 80mm lens components and they are ultimate PIA to use on Retina's III.
So, using them on Retina Reflex was my great hope, but finding fully functional Retina Reflex this days is a bit challenging.

I already have Schneider Xenon 50mm f/1.9 in DKL mount, but Balda flavor. I think there are 5 slightly different DKL mounts, one adapter will take them all and adapt them to Sony E.
Yes, I will have somehow to bypass Compur shutter, make auto iris to work and ideally use existing helicoid for focusing.

Why not? I don't like to have Shelf Quinn. This camera has gorgeous lens that can have another life.

I'm not familiar with this specific camera. But it's likely you can remove the shutter unit and make a lens board of sorts to attach to a helicoid. Find a way to leave the lens on "B" or remove the shutter blades altogether.
That's what I wondered. I was aware (vaguely - I don't have any of these cameras) of the two kind of lens for different Retina Reflexes. I suppose the back group have to move on the same helical with the front; so why not keep the original helical, as you say?
He's kept the shutter body, and it looks good like that; I guess he took out the blades, but kept the iris.
