The Vade Mecum, which is weak on U.S. lenses, offers one candidate from Wollensak: "Royal Anastigmat This was an air-spaced 4+4 symmetrical anastigmat rather as the later TTH Type XV was to be. The designer was Gundlach, previously at the Rochester Optical and then Wollensak. It was deleted by 1909."
I doubt that's what you have, but to be sure, please count reflections and report back. If it is a 4/4 lens, you should see two strong reflections and three weak ones from each cell.
