lens element supplier?

Can anyone point me to a supplier of lens elements? I am refurbishing a Mamiya Universal viewfinder with a cracked and foggy exit lens that my local opticians tell me is -25 diopter - that's right! minus twenty five diopter!
They can't get close (-9D is the best they can do) and scouring the www has only got me as far as -12D. Obviously it will have to be a company that offers really out of the ordinary requirements at reasonable prices otherwise it will not be economic. Alternativly is there is anyone using a 3D printer that could produce a bespoke lens?

The most diverse selection of lens elements I know of is from Edmund Optics.

They do ask for your country when you access the site, and Cyprus is on the list.

I have been looking for one, but about the only part of a Press/Universal to suffer from age or misuse is the viewfinder, also prices have shot up since the revival of interest in film photography.
