Yeah the hasselblad definitely has something about it that i'm drawn to. It's kind of a pain to focus and hold but the image on that screen is something else and i love the THWUNK of the shutter.
As far as Adorama goes i'm pretty turned off. I guess KEH has the advantage of not having a showroom store and just does mail order. You would think living in Brooklyn and having Adorama and BandH a train ride away would be the best bet. But that just hasn't been the case. There's definitely the new york attitude which i've gotten used to over the years but I think those two stores get so many tourists that they tend to treat everyone like they don't know anything. It also seems like they are scaling down their film photography equipment and moving towards an all-digital age. Keh has the most selection for sure. But Adorama is right off my subway line so i'm sure i'll end up there eventually hoping for better service and products.
