Leitz 1c color enlarger

If you haven't already, try http://www.glennview.com/leitz.htm . I'm not sure how updated his site is but I'm guessing it's fairly accurate. I once tried to buy something from him for my 1c, or maybe something else, and he ended up not wanting to sell the item because he didn't feel like it. It's like this is all his personal stuff. So I don't know if this is a good suggestion for you but maybe you'll have better luck than I. Good luck!

1C's have gone up in price again. For the filter tray models, the prices vary a lot between different versions: small baseboard & column, grey or black, which version Focotar (the Focotar-2 being very expensive). We see a lot of them here in Europe, should you not succeed in the US you could look into shipping cost . . . You can send me a PM in that case, I can help.

I am in New York and I found a pristine 1C (no tray) with a focotar-2 from a seller in SF by using a web site that searches Craigslist listings around the country. I am not sure which one I used but I found a few you may try:

I also have spoken to Glenn at Glennview several times and he seems honest and knowledgeable, though I would agree his prices are premium level and I not sure how much of that material actually gets sold. When I was looking a few years ago, there were several good 1C Color examples that came up on ebay and a number of good V35s during a several month period.
