These are not custom built as far as I know, there are several versions of the PLOOT/VISOFLEX cases. I have a similar one like this as well (though I overpaid for it, several years ago)

No Lee, I bought it with the case. I've seen a number of these cases for sale on eBay, so I'm confident there are Leitz made.
