No love on Ebay on this? Also, look for Leicaflex instead, most often the cheapest way to get the 50. I assume by Version II you mean 2 cam? Even original Leicaflex may easily have the 2-cam, in spite of not needing it.

OK, so you're looking for 3 cam. I am not aware of changes in optical formula, only front barrel was enlarged. Still, 3-cam can come mounted on any Leica R or Leicaflex. R3 is by now not much sought after, same for first version of R4, both can bring in what you need. Often lens is not described well and searching for Summicron-R 50 will not show all relevant to you results.
