This Summarit 50/1.5 screw mount lens is just back from a full CLA by Youxin Ye. Glass is clean and clear, and free of haze, fungus or oil. Smooth focus and aperture. There are cleaning marks on the rear element, and a few on the front... I did a "torture test" and projected a flashlight through the lens to show the cleaning marks...Summarit lenses had soft glass/coatings and is a lens that is prone to cleaning marks....No impact to everyday photos...just tested on my digital M, see the attached pics. Most are shot wide open and at closest distance.... the shot of the trees is stopped down fo f/5.6 to show sharpness... fun lens.... wide open you get artistic softness (a bokeh machine), stopped well down and you have a sharp 50mm lens... $ 499 plus shipping. Note: CLA’d, cleaned and lubricated focus helical, cleaned and lubricated aperture ring. Cleaned each element removed haze inside. Lens is clean and clear now consider its age. Tested the lens with digital M body, lens is in focus and produce good images.
