Leica Repair/CLA folks in Ontario??

I am looking for someone in Ontario to CLA my Leica M3 - there's a shutter lag at the slower speeds. My usual guy in Toronto has been MIA, and a recommendation for someone in Enterprise ON was a dead end. Now I am out of people.
