?Leica R to Minolta Maxxum adapter?

Is there an adapter out there that allows one to mount Leica R lenses to a Minolta Maxxum Camera?

Mayb from Zörk or Novoflex? But as Leica and Minolta had some cooperations in the 80's, I assume that more likely an adapter Leica to Minolta SR mount may be available.
