LEICA R and the sticky mirror shutter delay.

So after my R4S developed a sticky shutter delay I purchased R7 thinking the newer the camera the less chance of the same issue.
Well I was wrong.The sticky mirror is even worst. I tried to return the camera but was offered a hefty partial return which I took. The R7 is top mint.
Now I was reading about cleaning it my self but yet to find better photo example explanation.
Any help appreciated.
