For Sale Leica M7 .85 VF

For sale is my .85 M7 in black chrome. I got this 2 years ago from Photo Village in NYC fresh from a DAG CLA, it is smooth as can be.

Minor marks in the chrome up front from a rapidgrip, some paint loss on the red dot, and some very minor marks on the top-plate. Mechanically 100% this is a wonderful shooter.

Hey Tim - what updated DX reader? I know about the updated rangefinder patch, which I am consider having done to my M7, but never heard of the DX update.

Older M7's had electrical contacts for the DX reader. It can cause some problems and Leica has a fix for an optical DX reader.

This camera has the original style DX reader, but does have the extra baseplate washer. Never any flashing 'ASA' or DX issues in this body- ever. By serial # I believe this is late enough to have the MP RF.
