I have been saving for quite a long time and have finally managed sufficient fund to purchase a leica m6 body. It has long been a dream of mine to add to my collection and shoot with but at the moment I am having trouble finding one in nice condition. If you have one you are willing to part with I certainly would love to take it off your hands! [emoji4]

Are you familiar with, or have you tried, KEH.com? They currently have some in inventory, from bargain condition up to excellent, in both black and chrome and in regular and TTL versions.
Plus they're located right there in the Atlanta area!
Another possibility is the classified ads at rangefinderforum.com . They seem to have more people selling rangefinders, including Leicas, than one usually sees here.
Hope you get the Leica of your dreams. A couple of years ago I was able to buy myself a Leica M3 here through a seller on APUG and it was everything I hoped it would be.

Cheers!

I got mine from Japan while I was in Tokyo. I was thinking KEH.com but for me, being Canadian, the exchange rate and the shipping just killed any savings I would've obtained if I lived in the States.

Good luck in finding. The M6 is an amazing camera. I share some of my experiences in my blog post: Dead Link Removed

Funny you'd have a hard time finding one. There are about 180 for sale on eBay right now - many in fantastic condition. There are also a few for sale on Rangefinderforum.com - always good sellers there too. Expect to pay at least $1400 for a nice one (no lens). They are great cameras, but not cheap (Leica never is).
