One is a Wetzlar M6 with .72 finder. It has the original boxes (plastic
clamshell presentation box and the cardboard outer box), original Leica
strap in its original packaging. It works flawlessly, focus is spot on
perfect, shutter is accurate, meter is accurate. Its used and shows signs
of wear, but is not beaten up. Red dot says Leitz, not Leica. $1000

I had this for sale earlier this year; I've lowered the price by $100 (was $1100)

Dear Chris,

Only if I had the money now. I would have taken it from you, because I learned a lot from your wonderfully informative website and this M6 looks certainly better than what you have described. GLWS

Also have you got photos of the back, top and bottom?

I don't, but I can make some if you want. The rest of it looks basically like the front; its not beaten up, but it is not in mint condition...it has been used.

I am interested. On a scale of 1 to 10 being best how would you rate it cosmetically and functionally? How do you want to be paid, I have PayPal and where would it be shipped from? Please send response to jaz1943@gmail.com. thankyou

Functionally it is perfect. RF is accurate, meter is accurate, shutter and film advance work perfectly. Cosmetically, you can see it in the photos. It looks very nice BUT it is not new, mint, collector-grade. There are a couple of small scratches on the bottom cover and some scuffs on the back door. It is a 30 year old camera that has been used. If you want flawless or collectible or are going to nitpick every tiny mark on it, don't buy it. Its a camera for a photographer who wants a Leica that works perfectly so he can use it to take pictures and it is priced accordingly. I don't want to sell it, but I need the money to pay some bills.
