I am the original owner. It has the 0.72X viewfinder. The body has had the Aki-Asahi plastic protective covers on the top, bottom and backdoor, since day one. So there are no marks on the body. (In the image of the rear, what appears to be a mark on the top left corner of the back door, is simply the plastic cover showing a very slight peel back).
People talk about Leica M’s with buttery smooth film winds and whisper quiet shutters – well this has both. It’s quieter than my M4. The rangefinder patch is clear and crisp and the rangefinder is aligned and accurate. The camera was recently checked by a local camera repair person. In other words its in essentially mint condition mechanically and cosmetically.
Comes with the Leica clamshell box and instructions, and a body cap.
The reason for offering the M6 for sale is that it’s time for me to downsize.
