Leica M3 shutter dial loose and no clicking sound - should I be worried?

So,

My M3 still works ok, all shutter speeds are working. But as you can see in video below - shutter dial is loose, and when changing shutter speeds - there is no distinguished click - it is very loose, easy going from one speed to another. Should I send it to CLA, or is there some easy fix?

I have one like that and I asked my repair guy and he said it will work fine but the spring or pin or whatever it is that makes the click has come loose and you can have it fixed but it will work fine even if you don’t.
