**SOLD** This is a Leica M type flash sync adapter used on the Leica M2 and M3 to adapt the camera to use standard PC flash cables and connectors. This item is unused. I think it is an aftermarket adapter rather than an original Leitz made adapter, but I am not certain (but they all work the same anyway).
