I am looking for a clean lens without haze, fungus, ect. in excellent condition under $400 USD

Wow, maybe you're right. Keep looking! I do have one, but I'm hanging on to it! Very nice lens (but you knew that).
 
My lens I am selling with my M3 is very clean... but the "eyes" have an issue. Make an offer if interested. (sans M3__)
