Leica IIIf Black Dial Flash Setting?

Quick question what’s the flash sync setting for a Leica IIIf Black Dial? I have found the settings for the Red Dial but I am assuming they are different for the Black Dial. I think it should be set to "2" but I am unsure.

You have a couple choices. You can leave it set at "0" and have synch at 1/25th or you can set it at "20" and synch at a 1/50th.

According to the manual, the setting at "2" is correct for electronic flash.
