Leica lens hood for Summaron 3.5cm and Elmar 3.5cm. Not perfectly round, but hardly noticeable. Lens cap is not pictured (may be a Soviet clone) and has a small indentation in the front of it, fits over the lens hood while still attached to lens so it's thrown in as a bonus.
