Glass is clean and clear and free of haze and fungus. VERY few tiny cleaning marks - much better than most I see. There is coating loss as noted below on an interior element and a very small amount on front element edge. This really has little impact and in fact, in testing this lens, I am stunned by its performance especially at f/2 - take a look at the test pictures attached (although Facebook compresses images badly). This is an EXCELLENT example of this lens. I typically sell 8-10 DR Summicrons per year and some copies are better than others. This is a great copy ! Sharp with great bokeh. I am certain you will be thrilled with the results. Focus is silky smooth as is the aperture. Barrel is quite nice and clean.

Note: CLA’d. Lubricated focus helical. Cleaned and lubricated aperture ring. Cleaned aperture blades. Cleaned optics and removed haze inside. The 3rd element has coating aging signs, beyond cleaning. The lens is still a good user. Tested the lens with digital M body, the lens is in focus and produces good images.
