SALE PENDING...I am selling my 50mm Collapsible ltm Summicron with focus scale in feet. (I have to apologise in advance for only three photos. My only digital camera, a Canon G-12, jammed up after just the three shots. I have ordered a new camera but that won't be here until sometime next week, so I am going to try to sell with just the three shots.) This is a good lens, the outer glass, front and back, being in excellent shape with none of the usual scratches and cleaning marks typical of col. Summicrons. There is a 3mm 'scuff' in the coating on the front element which does not show any adverse effect on photos.. This lens got a complete overhaul by DAG Camera 10 years ago, with new diaphram, etc. I have the paperwork. In recent years I have not used the lens much and a haze and one skinny length of fungus, which had been removed, seems to have returned. The other negative is that there is coating damage inside the front element from a fungus which has been removed. The inner coating damage never seemed to have an influence on my photos. The lens is actually still very clear and is quite usable as is, but the purchaser might consider a new cleaning of the glass. The condition of the whole outer part of the lens is excellent +++. Photos taken with the lens are very clean and sharp. I would like to keep sales to the USA for now. PayPal is best. I am asking $345.
