Leica 12575N IUFOO Lens hood makes stupid noises

I own two silver 1960s M lenses (90mm and 135mm) and both came with a 12575N/IUFOO metal lens hood. The rattle when moving the lens. What can I do, is there a way to make them "bite" better?
