Whilst doing some personal research, I came across this announcement for a new exhibition, soon to be on display at the IWM London:

I wish I could see this. For those unable to attend, "Lee Miller's War" by Penrose and Scherman is fascinating.

Lee Miller's greatness should not be underestimated, yet it often feels that way. She was the tops, and from the Golden Era of photography in my book. Today, well, ha! Something is missing, and it's surely the times that we live in, along w/ this modern era. Even if someone has what it takes, where's those iconic faces? Gone. Thanks for posting this. I'd love to see the exhibit, but it may as well be on Mars from where I am located.
