Leather protection strip for camera strap w/ PDF

A woven camera strap on triangle split-rings tends to wear out inside the loop because the ring-ends are attacking the fabric. To prevent this I designed a small leather strip that is put between the strap and the split-ring. For details how to make and mount it see the attached PDF.

So far I smoothened the ends of lanyard rings and such.by grinding.

I did that too, but I am lazy and thought this was easier. I made bunch of those strips and put them on every new camera I get
