LC-A shutter stuck!

Hello there! First thread here.
I have recently acquired a cheap Lomo LC-A (30€), but the shutter blades wont move. Indicators light up and all, when batteries are in.
Has anyone got any experience with this camera, can it be fixed, can i do it myself or should i look into fixing it? (Is it affordable?)

yes, unfortunately not with any succes. it will wind, but i only get a single click.
