I have no idea but I'd look at large telephoto lenses, either fast lenses or reflex (mirror) type. And at Canon since one of the filters is Canon. For Nikon, fast telephotos like the 300/2.8 and 400/3.5 are semi-standardized on filter diameter 122mm (per Nikon specs, I've never owned one). But perhaps Canon made one that is a little smaller.
Closeup lenses are perhaps more likely in a large size than many other filter types. Many of these huge lenses have a rear or internal filter slot. But unlike red/yellow/81A etc, the closeup diopter isn't useful as an internal filter, you want to put it on the front.
