FINDLAB is great, as is NorthCoastPhoto. I use both.
TheDarkroom is terrible. Expensive and lousy amateurish quality. I gave up on them a long time ago, but my nephew just used them and showed me his scans. Drip marks everywhere. Just like what they used to give to me.

Really? Because I used them for about 15 rolls before I started doing my own c41, never had any problems with them at all. The only lab I had issues with was Dwaynes Photo.
There are a LOT of places in the US that are reputable. I happen to use "Blackriverpower" on Ebay; otherwise known as "Willow Labs" They are inexpensive, they ship fast, and the quality is good. http://stores.ebay.com/Black-River-Power-Store
I pretty much exclusively shoot E-6, but since my local lab stopped processing slides, I've gone to Dwayne's. There has never been a problem with quality; they are fast and professional. They are also much less expensive than some of the sites listed above, and provide straightforward .pdf order forms so you order just what you need and know what it costs.
