I would imagine that if you call any lab you have in mind and talk to them about it, they will work with you. I use Dale Labs (www.dalelabs.com) for C-41 and I am willing to bet that they will do it no problem.

Seems like any lab that processes C-41 would do it. The trick, I guess, is getting them to return your empty film cartridges. I have come across a few drugstore minilab operators who are willing...but they are few and getting harder and harder to find.

I called Dwayne's a few days ago about bulk-loaded Ektachrome and they said it wouldn't be a problem, and they will return your cartridge if you leave a note.

If you clearly put a label on your cartridge "Process C-41", any pharmacy should do it. Good luck getting your cartridge back though.
