An unopened box with a 20 meter roll of Labaphot Multiscal II M 310 PE print paper recently came into my possession. It must be more than 20 years old, but a preliminary test shows that it is still perfectly usable.
Curiously enough, the box contained no documentation whatsoever, but I would like to know a little about this VC paper - what sort of contrast filters to use etc. I've searched the Internet pretty thoroughly (I think) for information, but to no avail.
I'd be very grateful for any help.
Regards, Michael

I don't have an answer for you, but I have wondered also why there are almost no info on Labaphot papers online? Considering how many unopened packages are still floating around. Their coloured papers were amazing, I miss them a lot, specially the silver paper.

You are right, it is indeed curious that no information is to be found online. Could it be a mark of the great divide between the pre-www and post-www worlds?
As yours was the only answer in this forum, I posted my question in a German analog photo forum too, but apart from some very friendly advice on using outdated print paper no real information has so far been offered there either.

I think Labaphot was a 2nd tier/specialist photographic paper maker from Germany. The name still exists as a brandname but the company ceased to exist. You could PM apug member AgX, my impression is he knows a thing or two about the European photo industry.
