Lab colour papers

I have received some contact sheets back from a traditional lab. To me, this paper looks cheap, but as it's only for contacts maybe this paper is acceptable.

The paper the lab has used on this occasion says Kodak paper on the back..no mention of 'pro'.

Can someone give me run down on the types of papers in use at the moment. What paper should I be asking for?

I've found some pdfs on Kodak paper since posting. According to the info, the lab has either used Ultra Endura or Portra Endura as identified by the single grey dot underneath the Kodak watermark on the back.

Having done these contacts in awful gloss, it's not helping the look at all.
