Kreolab Faucet Fittings?

I have a Kreolab film processing sink, which I purchased 2nd hand.

Does anyone know the fitting size of the tempered faucet? It currently has the cone-type fitting that I believe is stock. I'd like to attach a hose fitting so I can hook up a couple other pieces of equipment, but I can't find the thread size or any info about? A trip to the hardware store resulted in 3 people scratching our heads at it. Whoever runs the Kreolab site did not respond to my contacts so...anybody know?

Actually does anyone have any information about the filters as well? I'm sure they could use changing. I just can't find any of this info.

There's a good chance your faucets are Chicago brand. Parts should be available through any real plumbing supply house. Out here I would start with Keller Supply or Rosen Supply, but they might be regional. You should be able to find one in the yellow pages or if all else fails stop a plumber on the street and ask who the local plumbing supply house is.

And I second contacting the folks at Dunning in Oklahoma. They answer the phone and the two brothers who I have dealt with have been easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. A pleasure to talk with and great to do business with.
