Kowa Six 35mm and 40mm lens rear gel filter holder

I managed to find a nice 35mm for the Kowa 66 but can't find a rear gel filter holder for it. The gel holders came with the lenses originally and snap on the back around the rear element. They were also sold individually by dealers. There must be some somewhere. Anyone have one or know where one is? I can probably rig something up but I would rather find an original.
