This is a Kowa 150mm F3.5 for the Kowa 6 (or 66) medium format SLR. The condition is very good. There may be a faint layer of internal dust visible with oblique backlight, but I think this is not signficant enough to impact images. Sold with original front and rear caps. This is a one owner lens, and well cared for with very little evidence of use.
