Korona 8x20 on the way but glass is the issue at hand!

A couple of years ago I invested in a Korona 7x17 and lost interest and sold it at a substantial profit--my only reason to sell!! I used a 305 G Claron that barely covered but it did cover but thats water under the bridge--I just ebayed a Korona 8x20 (7587157215) like a sucker for big real estate as usual !! I still use my 305 G Claron on 11x14 and really like it but I'm sure 8x20 is beyond it's coverage. I not looking at buying a 355 G Claron at this time so what else covers in my lens heap? 14 RD Artar / 420 Fuji L / 19 RD Artar / 24 RD Artar (but thats getting a little long). It comes with a 14 inch lens that the seller says covers but is anyone here familiar with a Cooke 14 process lens?

Joe,

Of your list the only one I have in common is the 24 in RD Artar. That's a fun lens for 8x20. I also use a 450 Mikon M and a 12 in Dagor.

Joe, if you can verify that 500mm will cover your 8x20 and if the answer is yes, then a Graphic-Kowa 305 will cover it. This is a wonderful lens and IMO easier to use than the 305mm G-Claron.
